  These forums support the WordPress.com version of WordPress hosted here. It is a different version than the one used by self hosted sites such as yours. The WordPress you use is supported over at the forums at

  With documentation at
  https://wordpress.org/support/

  Younwill need to register at those forums because they are a completely different entity from the site here.
