  To the best of my knowledge there is no theme called Avada available here in the WordPress.com themes showcase. That theme does seem to be available for sites hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software so could only be used here at WordPress.com if you upgraded to the Business plan. An upgraded plan is also required to use a custom domain name with your WordPress.com site.
