Hi there,
It sounds like you may be logged out of the admin area of your website.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/admin-bar/Going to http://www.olympicperformancegroup.org/wp-admin will bring up your site’s login page. Once logged in, the site’s editing capabilities should again be available.
Checking the ‘Remember me’ option will also help to keep you logged-in for longer periods of time.
However, please be cautious in making sure that this option is only enabled on a private, secure computer and not a public machine like one you would find in a public library or internet cafe.
Hope this helps, but feel free to reply back if you continue to experience this issue.

Thank you, quitevisiblestudio! this is what I thought initially – that I was logged out. However I am logged in. the first thing i did was check that I was logged in on WordPress, which I was. I even logged back out and back in again, to no avail.
So frustrating!

Hmmm, that’s interesting.
From what I can tell, it looks like you are using the WordPress.org version of WordPress on a self-hosted site.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/If that is the case, and you have access to your wp-admin dashboard when logged-in, then check your User Profile settings to make sure the ‘Toolbar’ option is checked.
https://codex.wordpress.org/ToolbarYou will also want to post any other questions you might have on the WordPress.org forum.
https://wordpress.org/support/Let me know if I’m missing something here.
