Hey there @drmaxis88, I’m currently seeing Critical Error, apparently from the Yith plugin. I’m not positive whether that’s where you were working, but it’s currently erroring out. Are you able to open a chat-based support request so we can troubleshoot with you? You should be able to reach chat here: https://wordpress.com/help/
You can also restore a backup if you’d like:

Hey there,
I’m Ashley, and I noticed your site is still not accessible. To bring your site back online, I’ve deactivated the plugin YITH WooCommerce Compare By YITH. If you contact their support team, you can let them know this is the error that was happening on your site:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function yith_plugin_fw_wc_is_using_block_template_in_single_product() in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-compare/includes/class.yith-woocompare-frontend.php:896 Stack trace: #0 /wordpress/core/6.3/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): YITH_Woocompare_Frontend->display_compare_button('') #1 /wordpress/core/6.3/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(334): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /wordpress/core/6.3/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /wordpress/core/6.3/wp-settings.php(495): do_action('plugins_loaded') #4 phar:///usr/local/bin/wp-cli/vendor/wp-cli/wp-cli/php/WP_CLI/Runner.php(1336): require('/wordpress/core...') #5 phar:///usr/local/bin/wp-cli/vendor/wp-cli/wp-cli/php/WP_CLI/Runner.php(1254): WP_CLIRunner->load_wordpress() #6 phar:///usr/local/bin/wp-cli/vendor/wp-cli/wp-cli/php/WP_CLI/Bootstrap/LaunchRunner.php(28): WP_CLIRunner->start() #7 phar:///usr/local/bin/wp-cli/vendor/wp-cli/wp-cli/php/bootstrap.php(78): WP_CLIBootstrapLaunchRunner->process(Object(WP_CLIBootstrapBootstrapState)) #8 phar:///usr/local/bin/wp-cli/vendor/wp-cli/wp-cli/php/wp-cli.php(32): WP_CLIbootstrap() #9 phar:///usr/local/bin/wp-cli/php/boot-phar.php(11): include('phar:///usr/loc...') #10 /usr/local/bin/wp-cli(4): include('phar:///usr/loc...') #11 {main} thrown in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-compare/includes/class.yith-woocompare-frontend.php on line 896Additionally, you may wish to create a staging site and conflict test to isolate the issue further. We have a great guide on solving problems with plugins here.
I hope this helps. Have a great weekend!

Hi there,
Can you share a link to the URL of the content you are editing so we can take a closer look? Do you only have this issue when editing some kinds of content but not others, or is this an issue wether you are editing any page, blog post, theme template design, etc.
Also when an issue like this occurs, it can often be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following
- clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
- Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
- If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?
Thanks for the additional info!

Hey there,
Many thanks for reaching out!
Ok, so to check, it looks like you’re editing this page: https://drmaxiscom.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1629&action=elementor – is this the correct page whereby you’re making changes, but not seeing them?
The reason why I ask is because this looks to be a template page, and so any changes might be made in the post itself.
If it’s a portfolio item you’re editing can you tell me the name of the item please? Also, to check, is this behaviour happening across all portfolio items, or one in particular?
Many thanks!

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching back out.
Are you able to provide a link as to what you’re editing please, specifically a wp-admin link to the page.
Also, what changes via that link are you making specifically? I’d like to see if I can replicate that behaviour and put myself more so in your shoes.
Many thanks in advance!

I am having the same issue and none of this has worked for me either. This is super frustrating for a service that you have to pay for. Is there any way someone can make the updates for me. I am only trying to update my phone number to [redacted]

Hi @aalimvendingservices1 we are able to help with sites that are hosted here on our WordPress.com Managed Hosting, but I see that aalimvendingservices.com is instead hosted with Symbol Host, and not directly hosted on WordPress.com.
Symbol host uses a different (non-managed) version of WordPress that our support tools are not able to access or help with, but you can find assistance here instead: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Thanks!

Hi @drmaxis88, so I took a look. You’re using the Pelicula Portfolio, right? I went over to their documentation and the screenshots in the demo content are exactly what I’m seeing on your site. Their demo site also has the same content on every portfolio item:
Portfolio
I’m guessing that’s a bug, since I would expect their demo to show the different movies and things they’ve listed. Can you reach out to them here? https://qodeinteractive.com
We have portfolio options here if you want to use those instead, but you would need to deactivate the one within Pelicula. And, theirs looks quite nice and customizable if you can sort out why it’s not showing your content. Can you reach out to them and let us know what you find?
