    I have a website thru Ecwid that’s apparently built using some of your features. Website includes Contact Us feature, but I’m not getting customer emails. What needs to be done?

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Since your website is hosted by Ecwid, it is using the WordPress.org software. We at WordPress.com are a hosting provider, which means we can only provide support for sites that are directly hosted by us. On the other hand, WordPress.org is a self-hosted solution where users can download the software and host it on their own server or through a third-party hosting provider, like, in your case, Ecwid.
