  Hi there,

  I tried to update my business website 24 hours ago and now there are errors and the site will not open.

  HTTP ERROR 500

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com yet. What is the address of the one you need help with?

  If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, please contact your host for more information (500 errors indicate a server issue). The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post if you have any more questions after speaking to them.
