  Hi, I’ve been having trouble with my website. Every time I try to get on it the website keeps saying critical error and it also talks about debugging

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
