I am trying to connect Printful to my website, but I keep receiving the error: ‘Last sync error: Error: Your store server is refusing our connections. Please check your firewall settings and make sure we can connect to your server!. Try to refresh data. If error persists, contact customer support’. Can you help? I also get timed out randomly on my website.

I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, the software of which is available on WordPress.org.WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
