website error codes, nothing is working since I set up my wordpress

    Hello, I am needing some help getting my website to work at all. The domain name never changed to the name I tried to assign it, I can’t activate any of my tabs without error codes. Can’t add admins, change my website design, or do absolutely anything I’ve tried. It has been almost a week and I need to get this resolved or I’ll have to close my website and get a refund issued.
