Website Error on Pc only

  Hi, I have a website which works on mobile but on pc it comes with a large orange box covering the website. At the bottom left it says chat offline click to message and when I click inspect element and click on the orange box and delete it. The website is shown but I need a permanent resolution as my customers won’t do this.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
