Website Error PHP version ‘>= 7.3.0’

Our website appears to be down, when I try to access it on the front or back end I get this message. Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

Hi there!
Since we control the PHP version here at WordPress.com, it sounds like your site may be hosted elsewhere. To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
- The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
- WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
- WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.
Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to help upgrade your server to the proper PHP version for that plugin’s needs.
If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:

I hope that helps!
