Website expired, locked and unable to renew
-
My website expired and I tried to log in to renew it but was told to pay a chargeback fee first. I paid the chargeback fee and now it will not give me the option to renew the site and just says ‘the site cannot be accessed.’
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The website concerned is *www.aglobalvoiceforautism.org. How can I re-access this site and get it set up again?

Hi aglobalvoiceforautism,
Your account shows you disputed a payment in June 2018, which created a chargeback. The fee you recently paid was for that chargeback — which has now unlocked your account.
However the domain itself expired on the 18th June 2019 and now needs to be renewed. I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page and once that has been paid, I will contact our domain registrar and make a request for aglobalvoiceforautism.org to be restored.
If the domain enters the redemption period between now and then, an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid in addition to the domain cost — but our registrar will confirm whether that is the case.
Please reply here once you’ve paid so I can look at the next steps.
Thanks!

Thank you for your help @gemmacevans @modlook. I have now paid at the link. Can you please let me know the next steps from here?

Thanks for your payment. I’ve emailed our registrar and will let you know when I receive a reply — this usually takes 1-2 business days.
