Website fatal error

  Hey,

  I was trying to instal a theme on my website http://qcei.ca and while installing there was a fatal error that is preventing me from logging into the website. The following message is appearing on my screen:

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_set_shortcodes_templates_dir() in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data02/03/2569703/html/wp-content/plugins/esense-functions/esense-functions.php on line 78

  If someone could help me out, that would be great!

  Hi @officialqcei – If you are installing themes, then you are describing a self hosted website using WordPress.org. For help with your self hosted website, go here: http://wordpress.org/support/

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are entirely separate and different. You can read more about their differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
