    I left an affiliate site that was helping me develop my site. I left due to the expense, I moved to just a hosting site (Godaddy). I backed up the files for my site. They are html files. How do I upload those to my current site on godaddy.

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    If you copied and pasted each individual page and saved those to files, you can copy out that information and then paste it into the WordPress page editor. It may require some cleanup and reformatting.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
