  The WordPress powered website:
  http://reneheredia.com did not receive a billing notification for renewal. As a result the payment lapse

  General email tied to the account where we should’ve received notification: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  I have no other means of contacting support. No chat no phone.

  So. How do I recover the email account to update the payment method??

  My role and responsibility: Admin login / Edit /Update webiste

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Unknown

  I take that back. If WordPress doesn’t do any billing and we are on HostGator…then why can’t I access the WordPress domain (not email) http//:reneheredia.com??

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host reneheredia.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

  To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

  Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at Hostgator. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

  You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
