Website for peterlyne.com cannot be found.

Peter Lyne has purchased and paid for his website – peterlyne.com – on both Bluehost AND WordPress. We (I have been trying to help him as I have my own website theough Bluehost and Wordpres) have had problems since the first email from WordPress listing his website address as – peterlynecom.wordpress.com – back on 6th November. No matter what we have tried, we still cannot find his original (peterlyne.com) website, which actually should have his first blog showing on there. I am not really a tech person and Peter is even less of one, so any help you can provide to ensure he has only ONE site – peterlyne.com – which he paid for on Bluehost, will be very much appreciated.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
