Website Format Help Needed

  I am currently in the process of redeveloping my blog. My colleagues and I have had a decently successful run (70,000 views in our first month), but we’d like to do better.

  I am looking for someone to either join our team and help develop the aesthetic and functionality of the site, or for some guidance in teaching me how to do so.

  Some of the basic things we need help with is creating drop-down tabs, and being able to redesign our “authors” section, but I know there are a lot of other things that could be done.

  I am deciding between buying a new theme, and buying the custom design upgrade. However, I am afraid I will need to know CSS to use the upgrade.

  Any help would be really useful.
