Website frustrations!

A couple months ago I had set up a website and connected my domain then when I give out my link now it is as if that website never existed. So I went back in yesterday created a new website but now the link is taking people to the old design. When I am working on my website I have the new design so why is it that when I send it out it is showing up with the old design that I thought had disappered?

What is the address that you are giving people? Are you giving people your custom domain or the example.wordpress.com address?

I am giving the my domain I purchased camadministrativeconsulting.com which will take them to the word press site just fine. I just don’t know why my new design isn’t the one showing up even though I have hit published.
