Website gone!

Hi. My website is no longer available and i am unable to log on to wordpress using my Admin login. I don’t receive any email when i request a new password even though my email works fine. I would like to be contacted ASAP by someone at WordPress to sort this out.

My website is: http://www.mjolnirathletics.com (a webshop) using “the Retailer” theme.
I have been inactive in building it for over a year now and when recently i went to log in my details did no longer work and the website was gone from the internet as well.
I am hosting through Bluehost and have been since i launched the site.Using my notes i have on my login details i have tried to log in, but the login page did not recognize my main username or email. I also have another admin username that WAS recognized, but the password for that username is not recognized.
I have tried to click the ling “lost password” but i do not receive any email on the dedicated email when i do so. (and the account do work as i received your notification via that email account).
Let me know what you find and how to proceed.Kind Regards

As you have already mentioned, the website is hosted on Bluehost which means we don’t have control over it.
We can help only with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
Please contact your web hosting customer support and if you want to ask this question in the forum, you have to use WordPress.org forums.
