  still waiting to hear back from the happy engineers what happened to my website, all gone, including paid plug ins. please let me know what happened

  Hi there, it sounds like you have more than one account, and this one isn’t connected to the site.

  Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
