  Hi I had a wordpress website active and when I tried to login it says that it has been suspended ??? why would this happen.

  Suspended sites are never discussed on this public forum. As very clearly stated on your site, the only way to restore your site is by contacting the TOS-team at https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/
