Website Gone

We built a website through this WordPress account and had it completely finished, published, and fully functional. Over the weekend, the WordPress site is no longer in existence and all of our pages and work are gone. We need help either restoring our site completely or solutions to fix this issue.

Hi there,
The site at fwioa.com is working fine for me. But the domain is registered and hosted with GoDaddy.com, which means you’re using the open source WordPress.org software installed on their servers. That domain has never been hosted with or connected to WordPress.com in any way, and you didn’t use this WordPress.com username account to create that site – according to our logs you created this account 8 months ago and then never accessed it again until logging in yesterday to create this forum thread.
To make changes to that site, you need to log into your admin user account via the login form at https://fwioa.com/wp-login.php
If you no longer have the login credentials for that account (they’ll be different from the details you used to log in here on WordPress.com), please contact GoDaddy support directly for help regaining access.
General support for the version of WordPress you’re using is provided by the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but in this case GoDaddy will be better able to help.
