Website gone

    hello,
    I spent years building my website with wordpress and recently switch hosts.
    I wanted to transfer all my work to the new host but everything is gone on here.
    It shows all my number of posts and publications, but all my content and coding is completely gone and i cannot even try to import my back up from the web host!
    what can be done to get my work back up on here?

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    It appears that you’re using the open source WordPress.ORG software hosted at another hosting company. Please keep in mind, these forums here at WordPress.COM are for WordPress websites hosted and managed at WordPress.COM

    In other words, if you visit Dashboard.WordPress.COM and the site in question is not listed, then the support does not belong here.

    @loveearthwec, if your site was not hosted on WordPress.com but connected to your account via Jetpack, once the original site is gone, you also won’t see anything here.
    You will need to reach out to your previous host to see if it’s still possible to get a backup of your site.
