  hello my website has now completely disappeared. I do not know what happened to it. The SSL when down and blue host went in to fix it but even before then my entire website on wordpress and blue host gone. I don’t know what to do, i am a wedding photographer.

  Hi there, 

  kristasuzanne.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com. 

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org 

  Your hosting provider (which is Bluehost) may be able to help you since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
