  Our website is down and there is no record of the website’s existence/domain on the account. Under “all sites” there are no results despite this being the account that the website is linked to.

  We’re unable to contact direct support because there is no record shown of a paid plan even though we have been on one for the past 4 years.

  Would really appreciate a fix.
