Website Grader Not Recognizing My Blog

For some reason when I run my website http://www.ClaytonCurtis.com through the website grader it isn’t recognizing my blog, images, or headings. I did make a mistake in my root folder the other day way I accidentally moved the whole WordPress instillation to a subfolder and then back to the root. Somehow this screwed my site up to where I can’t post specific posts on Facebook etc. Does anyone know what could have caused this?
