Website hacked

Hi, I have recently put up a website through your platform for a work colleague using another account. I found out today that the site has been hacked and taken down, with the page replaced with the following content;
Взлом разработчика Peopleperhour 💀💀💀
The website is http://chrysalisbond.co.uk/
Any idea how to reset the credentials?Thanks

Hi there,
That website is not hosted on WordPress.com, and the domain, chrysalisbond.co.uk, has never been connected to any WordPress.com site.
That site is using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, which is something completely different from WordPress.com, and is hosted by https://www.heartinternet.uk/, so they’re the people you need to contact for help with this.
