Website hacked?

  Hi,
  I suspect my website has been hacked. Some time in the last 12 hours or so, some external source has gained access into my blog and now every page of it displays some sort of “news” headlines in English (BWNToday) and Arabic. The original contents of my blog seem to be intact, but nevertheless, I wish this new “addition” to be removed. Any help will be appreciated.

  I don’t see that on the site to which you linked.

  Can you try viewing your site with your browser add-ons and javascript disabled, or from a different browser or computer altogether to check that it’s not something specific to your computer – running a virus and malware/adware scan would be a good idea too!

  Hi,
  Thanks for the quick response!
  I viewed the website with different browsers, and this problem seemed to be only with Firefox which is my default browser. I checked its Add-ons list, and I found and removed some unfamiliar extensions. Now, everything seems to be ok.
