Website hacked?

  Hello,
  My wordpress site, tagteamtoledo.com, appears to be hacked. On multiple phones/ computers, it is asking for an adobe update and redirects through at least one non relevant site to get there. The redirected site is offering a prize or gift. The site is also missing all of its pictures and looks like a word document. Help!
