  Hi,
  Is it possible that I could please be given details of my website login’s on a particular day. Also can I have details of downloads that were done on the website and login location etc? My website was hacked recently and this information will be useful for the police case.

  Hi there, we don’t give out website login details because that could result in more hacking, but we do have a process for recovering account access. Could you send a link to the site?

  You may also be able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets notifications and what not.
