Hi there,
Your website uses the open-source WordPress.org platform.
This forum is for hosted WordPress.com sites. These two are very similar, but very different things.
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-orgTo get help with your issues, you may want to try posting your question at the WordPress.org support forum.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted at GoDaddy according to your domain name servers.
To clarify, There are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re communicating here. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.Since GoDaddy is your host and since they refuse to help, you’ll need to hire a service to remove the hack from your site and secure it so it doesn’t happen again.
Sucuri is a popular service that can help with site hacks and help you secure your website: https://sucuri.net/
You can also search for another service of your choice or follow the suggestions from WordPress.org to try and clean it up on your own:

Hope that helps you get started. Best of luck.
