  Hi, I am set up as an admin on a site that somehow is not working. Both the owner and I have admin access — and despite multiple attempts to request password resets, we have not received a single password reset e-mail. We believe the site was hacked. Does anyone have any ideas for getting help resetting the passwords on the site? It’s almost 10 years old — we don’t have any of the original ‘proof.’ Please advise, thanks.
