  I have observed few user account created on my website Cpanel and want to investigate

  I need immediate support on identifying the cause and activity logs

  Hi there! You’ve landed on the support forums for websites that are hosted here on WordPress.com; it looks like your site http://toolsouk.com/ uses the free WordPress software from WordPress.org, and is hosted with another platform if I understand correctly? If so, were you intending to post to the WordPress.org forums at this link just below?

  I’m unfortunately unable to check why those users may have appeared in CPanel, as your site isn’t hosted on our system here on WordPress.com. However if you would want us to have that sort of access to check your site, to provide daily backups, SFTP and phpMyAdmin without Cpanel, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan!
