website hacked

Today, I just discovered my site was hacked – dearrudaweddings.com. When I go to that domain I land on a Thai sports site with my business name. Scary! I’ve been a subscriber consistently for over 10 years. Nothing like this has ever happened in my relationship with WordPress and I am desperate to recover my site. Logging into my dashboard produces an admin site with all the tools but no pages or posts, as if I am a brand new subscriber. My annual plan renewed in February which was paid, and for which I have a receipt. I’ve sent an email asking for help from support to which I received a message that a “happiness engineer” will reply soon. I tried using the online chat function which has always produced great results in the past. Not this time. It’s as if I do not exist. And, I am not happy, because I have no way to contact WordPress except as mentioned above. Please advise.
