  I cannot access my website and when I go on JetBack Mobile – it is showing the website as sites.sph.harvard.edu/ccdd-dev . HOWEVER my real website is lovecookadventure.com . I believe you are hosting my website, can you please help with this issue?

  Hi there,

  I seem to be able to see your site without issue, and for me it displays at the correct URL. Screenshot of what I see:

  

  It sounds like you are seeing something different from what I am seeing but I’m not sure I’ve understood what you meant by “JetBack Mobile” exactly. Do you mean you see different sites if you look under the Jetpack Mobile app on your phone, versus the sites you see from your WordPress.com account here? https://wordpress.com/sites/

  If yes, are you able to click on the profile option (in the app) and then “sign out” of your account? It sounds like you may have more than one account with sites connected to it, so if you sign out, then sign in specifically with your @theone37027 credentials, you should see your WordPress.com sites as expected.

  Thanks for the response. I was able to get with tech support and they resolved it. My website was moved to a different host – not WordPress, hence my issues. I didn’t make the change and they said they weren’t compromised, but nonetheless it was changed. Once they put it back to WordPress I could access it and I was updating it today.
