Website hacked into, and can't login to my account

  Dear WordPress,

  I have experienced numerous problems with my account where my website has repeatedly been hacked into, which has resulted in that my website is now completely down. http://www.scandinavianfitness.com

  I have contacted someone who can help me to re install my website/design but when I try to enter into my wordpress account I can’t. I have a plan where I have my domain name linked to the website and I have purchased space, so now my question is how can I access my account and re install my website?

  Can someone please help me to recover my account and also sen me a link so I can enter the account and change the password. This used to be my log in details:

  And this no longer works, neither does my password.

  Hi Linda, did you try to click “Lost your password?” link and recover your password?

  Hi Romanbon,

  Oh yes already tried all options, it simply says the account doesn’t exist anymore so it is a mystery. Therefor I have had to use my blog account to try to get any answers, but I on’t ant to lose what I have already paid for. But if that hope is lost for that account would you advise my designer to use this blog account instead to reinstall the website?

  I find it very frustrating that the website has been hacked into so many times.

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
