  I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.

  Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?

  Do you have a backup of your site you could use to rebuild? If not, your best bet will be to contact your former webhost and ask them if there is any way of restoring your site.
