Help! My website has been closed down, and i have no way of contacting WordPress online help! I don’t know any of my verification codes or anything they’re asking for to recover it! Argh!

It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

Thank you for your response, and responding so quickly as well. I ended up finding a way to get in touch with the WordPress online team, turns out there was a wider issue than with just my website so it’s all back in business now
