Website has been compromised. Can’t access wordpress.

  I tried logging into my website via godaddy cpanel. I use WordPress to build the site but it appears unsecure and I’m told to go back. My backups are stored on wordpress.

  Hosting with GoDaddy means your site was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, which is separate from WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but support for self hosted sites is available on the WordPress.org support forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I recommend asking for advice there or contacting GoDaddy if you are unable to access the site at all.
