Website has been down for many days and no reply from Word Press Support

My website has been down since at least Wednesday (that’s the day I noticed it – could be longer). I have tried multiple times to contact WP support and have gotten ZERO response. I am in my peak booking season and need this resolved asap. I am regretting having my site hosted by WP now that I see how the customer service is if there’s an issue. I have other sites hosted elsewhere and it may cost a bit more but at least if there’s an issue there’s a fast and efficient way to contact customer support and resolve things in a timely manner.
Does anyone have any other way of getting in touch with support other than this board, emailing support@wordpress.com or entering a request via the help section on the Dashboard?

And honestly, the answer machine that answers that tel number seems questionable. I’ve gone through all the options (billing, etc.) and none lead to a person — all say that they want to text you information. That’s odd. And the billing section says to e-mail some place that doesn’t even seem related to WordPress. Also when you pull up my site it has an odd extension after .com ( http://maravillamakeup.com/?nr=0 ) as if it’s redirected.

I’ve never put this website on GoDaddy nor transferred it to a .org site — So that’s strange right there!!
I have another site urbaneclecticjewelry.com – that IS hosted by Go Daddy and that is a .org site.
I have never been charged by GD for hosting the maravillamakeup.com site.

I just got off the phone with Go Daddy – def something strange because I definitely do not have an account with them. They tried to send me an email to the “address on record” multiple times and I received nothing. I’ve only ever used 1 email address so the tech support person said it appears it’s been changed. My site was always a .com site, never a .org site. Ok WP, I’ll continue to wait to hear from you.

I’ve checked maravillamakeup.com and the domain wasn’t working because the contact details needed to be verified. However, it is now loading your site so it appears you were able to find the verification email and complete that process.

Your domain was registered through WordPress.com but pointing to a site hosted by GoDaddy. This means the domain is managed through your account here.
