Website has been hacked
-
I know my username and password. When I attempt to log into my domain/wp-login.php and enter the login information, the page refreshes without logging in. When I input an incorrect user or PW, it states its incorrect information. If I request a new password, I receive an email link, that when I click, states Error: Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below. I have tried several times, each time I receive the same results. For the past month I have been receiving daily notifications from my hosting company that my site has been compromised, stating a scan has been performed with all the malicious code having been removed. I am trying to log in to check and change all my passwords, as I do not know where the compromised has occurred.

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to WordPress.com support, we’ll be happy to assist 🙂
After reviewing the site, I did find that it is not actually hosted here with us at WordPress.com – it is instead hosted at Network Solutions: https://www.who-hosts-this.com/?s=mobguns.com
Because of this, this is not an issue that we’ll be able to assist with directly – we can only assist with sites that are directly hosted with us at WordPress.com. Your current site is known as a “WordPress.org” site since it’s with another hosting provider, you can read more about the differences here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
I would suggest that you reach out to your hosting provider directly to see if they can further assist you.
