Hi,
It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
In future, for all services, please select a strong password and utilise 2FA when possible.
Hope this gets fixed soon!

Sorry, I don’t understand. I upgraded my domain via WordPress.
And I can’t even login into my own admin page because my domain has been hacked. How do I resolve this? -
I just checked my WordPress account, domain amanonaturals.com is no longer attached to my account. Someone has stolen it and has been hosting their content, please assist.

Ah, apologies, I thought you were referring to the content on your website. Please wait patiently, staff have been tagged and will respond soon.
If you believe that somebody has compromised your account or you are at risk of your account being compromised, changing your password to ensure it is a strong one is the best thing to do: https://en.support.wordpress.com/selecting-a-strong-password/
I’d also suggest highly recommend using 2 Step Verification: https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/
Also, ensure you turn on two step authentication on your email – I can’t stress enough how important that can be, regardless of what other services you use. If you need help with doing that, let us know your email provider and we’ll try to assist.
This will help keep your account very secure, but for this issue, staff will respond soon to help sort out your site. :)

Hi –
amanonaturals.com is registered with WordPress.com still and does not expire until 2019-05-28. The name servers have been changed to point to the domain to Cloudflare rather than us.
Would you like me to point the domain back to WordPress.com? If you want to do it yourself, Click on My Sites – Domains – Manage – DNS Records.
Write back to me with any other questions about this.
I’d suggest updating your password on the account and as well as your email account. Best practice would be to enable 2 factor authorization on both of those accounts as well.

Hi bellanyonya,
Please help me to point the domain back to WordPress.com.
I checked amanonaturals.com and this domain is pointing to WordPress.com on my side. It looks like the name server changes are still propagating so don’t worry if you aren’t see this change straight away.
It looks like you’ve got this sorted now but please let me know if you need any further help.
