Website has disappeared

    Hey there,
    I just renewed (less than 24 hours after due date) my domain through siteground but now when I go to my wordpress account it says I never had a website nicholasdskelton.com this is an ePortfolio site for my masters. Can someone help my retrieve all my stuff? Thanks,

    Hi Nick,

    You’ve never had a website with us, the hosting provider WordPress.com. The site at nicholasdskelton.com has never been connected to us in any way.

    You have been using WordPress, but the open source WordPress software, hosted on your hosting plan at SiteGround.

    That site has nothing to do with us on WordPress.com, and you can’t access it via your WordPress.com username account. To access that site you need to log into the dashboard directly using the admin username and password you have for that site.
