We received an invoice to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and paid (Invoice-862)
We have paid and wish to get our website running again.
Can I please schedule a call for support? or get the site running again and an email to confirm at either (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Can you tell me the email address you received the invoice from, and also the URL of the site you need help with?
The WordPress.com account you used to create this forum thread doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any upgrades from us. We also haven’t sent any emails to the Gmail address you indicated, aside from the notifications you’ve received for this forum thread.
Additionally we don’t send invoices for upgrades on WordPress.com, so it doesn’t sound like that email is from us, or for a site hosted on our servers. If you share the URL for your site, I’ll be able to confirm that for you.

Is waikatosciencefair.org.nz the site you got the invoice for?
If so, that definitely didn’t come from us, as that domain isn’t registered or hosted with us.
The invoice should contain the name of the domain and/or hosting provider who sent it to you, so please contact them directly for any questions about this renewal.
