Website has disappeared

  Hi, I had a wordpress website running Lay Theme. My php was old, version 5.4 I think. I updated WordPress, lay them and my php to version 8.1 and now I cant even login to my WordPress admin and my website has completely disappeared. I actually wanted to start again from scratch anyway so all is not lost, but how can I do that if I cant even access the wp-admin login page? Is there a way I can easily reset everything and start over? Thanks!
