    @gracejiyoung – I merely pointed out that neither @RC nor myself are employed here and had given the OP accurate advice – I did also flag this for your attention hoping that maybe the OP would believe you when you gave them the exact same answer that we had already given the OP – I did not call the OP any demeaning names nor imply that they were stupid or any other adverse language – the OP was very confused despite being given very clear answers and links to more info – the OP was a bit disrespectful which all of us let slide

    The Jetpack issue is an important one.

    The volunteers can offer exactly zero help on Jetpack. It makes no sense for them to come to the forum; all Jetpack questions should go directly to the staff answers area. All we can do is send them to Jetpack.me.
