    Our wordpress site has disconnected itself from our domain wearekin.net, I need some assistance to sort this out.

    The Domain Mapping might have expired, with the site, just to confirm you have your Domain wearekin.net, to be mapped to wearekinstudio.wordpress.com

    Hi Ciara,

    wearekin.net expired on 2017-02-17. It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks after its expiration — but due to the length of time that has passed this is no longer possible.

    If a domain is not redeemed by the owner and is not purchased at auction, it is usually released back into the pool of available domains. wearekin.net appears to have been purchased again recently through another registrar. If this wasn’t you, I’m afraid you won’t be able to use the domain until the current owner cancels it or lets it expire.
