Website Has Reset Issue
-
Hi,
My website was down yesterday all the day and I had made a transfer from Google Domains to here (Word Press). After the transfer my website has reset and is no longer recognized as a Woocommerce website. I can’t see any of my orders, products or anything. I need your help ASAP! I need to recover my WooCommerce website.

Hey there,
Many thanks for reaching out and happy to help here.
I suspect there may be some confusion, which stems from the fact that there are two types of WordPress.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Which is different self-hosted WordPress, which is where WordPress is downloaded from WordPress.org and installed on a hosting provider. More on differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
What I can see that has happened, is that the domain only has been transferred, not the site itself. The site at the other host would also need to be transferred to, and this can be done really easily with this plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/
The WordPress.com Business plan would need to be in place, in order to run WooCommerce, installed themes and other plugins.
Do you have access to the installation at the other host?
Also, to check – what made you plan a migration? Any information or context that can be provided is useful when changing hosting providers.
I hope this helps so far!
