  Have an existing website with another company (citymax) and want to cancel that and transfer the domain to set up a new wordpress website – how to do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your question is answered by this article. You will need to map your domain, which the article explains how to do. Just note, you can only do this for a paid account, with a Personal, Premium or Business package.

  We don’t currently support incoming transfers to WordPress.com. However, an existing domain can be connected to your WordPress.com site with domain mapping:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Domain mapping is a feature of all paid plans — Personal, Premium and Business. Each plan include a domain credit which can be used to map a domain you already own (or register a new one). You will need to continue renewing the domain with your current registrar as our plans only include renewal for domains registered through WordPress.com.
