  Hi! I need help updating my website. the company I work for hasn’t updated it in a couple of years now, and it’s not letting me move forward in doing so. The website name is ‘www.theharkerteam.com’ Please let me know if you can help

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Hi there!

  It looks like theharkerteam.com is actually hosted by GoDaddy instead of us, so you’ll want to get in touch with them in order to work on access to that site. Hope that gets you in the right direction!
